As all people have noticed (I hope all of them did)- it's winter. Not many of us go crazy about this season of the year and the major reason why is because it's very very cooold. I've seen many couples hugging each other and, thus, warming each other, while I was standing alone, without nobody to hug with! After that, I thought about various methods of keeping warm without the "help" of another person: I hugged myself. Just kidding :).

- Dress Warmly. Warm clothing, especially when it's layered, helps retain body heat.
- Cuddle up under blankets. Turn yourself into a fluffy warm!
- Get warm foods and drinks. Hot tea and coffee, and foods like pizza, meat and toast will keep your body really warm!
- Take hot baths. It's a nice way to relax your muscles, especially after a stressful day. If you feel really exhausted, add some candles and your favorite music. Now that's a good and super warm evening!
