There are various things you can do in order to feel good during this cold period of time:
- Dress Warmly. Warm clothing, especially when it's layered, helps retain body heat.
- Cuddle up under blankets. Turn yourself into a fluffy warm!
- Get warm foods and drinks. Hot tea and coffee, and foods like pizza, meat and toast will keep your body really warm!
- Take hot baths. It's a nice way to relax your muscles, especially after a stressful day. If you feel really exhausted, add some candles and your favorite music. Now that's a good and super warm evening!
